The Project Manager’s role at BGES is a mid-management post, and will provide the business with full financial, operational and commercial ownership of their live projects, plus:

  • Client management in delivering all projects work, on-budget and on-time to internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Improve the profitability of the business, by proactively managing and continually improving the costs on all project work.

The BGES Project Engineer is a pivotal position within our Project Division and builds the relationship between engineering, project management and customer satisfaction.  As a Project Engineer you will have a plethora of hands-on experience and the ability to work closely and proactively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

  • Contribute to the overall performance of projects including programme adherence, financial management and operational delivery.
  • Support the Project Manager in the development and delivery during mobilisation, implementation and handover.
  • Have in depth knowledge of BMS Systems and control panels, ensuring these are installed, commissioned, and set to work to fully meet the specification requirements, defect free.
The Service Sales Manager will be experiance in BMS and energy optimisation, they will cover specified territories and visit new and existing customers to develop relationships and grow the business.

 

The role of Sales Manager has two distinct areas of focus as below:

 

  • Account management of M&E, facility managers and end user partners is a key element of this job, managing the relationships, dealing with pricing enquiries, quoting and growing the sales of BeMS and Energy Solutions in line with the company’s offering whilst improving margin contribution.
  • Business Development activity is another key element of this role in promoting BMS solutions by visiting, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors, Engineering Consultants, Facility Managers, End-users, and Design & Build Contractors.
