Melissa Povey joins BGES management team to future-proof company growth
At BGES we’re delighted to welcome quality and compliance specialist Melissa Povey to our management team, as the company enters a significant period of expansion.
Melissa joins in a newly created Business and Governance Manager role, and will be working across the business to develop structures and procedures in line with industry standards and accreditations. Key focus areas of the role include health and safety, human resources and training.
Melissa has extensive quality and compliance experience in the construction industry, including creating new process and reporting structures, policy writing and streamlining operating systems.
