BGES has won the contract for planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) and remote optimisation at London’s Prime Office.
The commercial skyscraper is 230m high and has 46 storeys, making London’s Prime Office the 5th tallest building in the UK. The building was accredited with BREEAM Excellent status in 2010.
Working with maintenance Facilities, BGES will be providing planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) on the BeMS, and ASSUREpro remote optimisation via our class-leading energy and controls centre.
